Frequently asked questions about the plans

What does the free plan include?

The Free plan includes the online calendar, 24/7 booking, the client file, the Reserve with Google button on your Maps listing and your page on the rdv360.com directory. It is not just a trial of a few days: you run your business without paying, and without a credit card.

Can I try the paid plans before subscribing?

Yes. The Pro and Pro+ plans can be tried free for 14 days, no credit card required.

Why are prices shown for the yearly plan?

The prices shown by default are monthly prices with a yearly commitment: the subscription is prepaid for 12 months, with 2 months free. For example, Pro comes to €24.91 excl. VAT per month, or €299 excl. VAT for the year, instead of €29.90 excl. VAT per month with no commitment. The Monthly / Yearly switch above the grid shows one or the other.

Is there a commitment?

None on the monthly plan: you change plans as your needs change. The yearly plan is prepaid for 12 months, which is what makes the 2 free months possible. Prices are shown excluding VAT.

What is the difference between Pro+ and Pro++?

Pro+ brings together what you need to run the salon: the POS certified NF 525 (the French certification for POS software), loyalty and packages, stock management, gift cards and your website. Pro++ adds online sales: a deposit requested at booking, the online shop to sell your gift cards, and duo booking.

Is the website included?

Yes, from the Pro+ plan: your Blissa website is part of the subscription, with online booking built in.

Are text messages included?

Yes: from the Pro plan, a credit of 300 SMS per month covers your automated messages (appointment reminders and confirmations) to numbers in mainland France and the French overseas departments. These messages can be customized, to give your clients an experience that reflects your salon. For other destinations, and for SMS marketing campaigns, each SMS is billed €0.08 excl. VAT.

Is the page on the rdv360.com directory really included?

Yes, in every plan, Free included. The rdv360.com directory received 8.1 million unique visitors and recorded 1.4 million bookings over the last 12 months, with no commission for businesses.

Do you have an offer for new businesses?

Yes. If your business is less than a year old, the first 6 months of your subscription are 50% off. Our team applies the offer: request it through our contact form.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. You can move up or down at any time, as your business evolves.
