The CNEP and the UPB: who does what

The CNEP brings together the beauty therapy and perfumery trades. The UPB is its employers’ union for beauty businesses: independent and franchised beauty salons, spas, nail, lash and brow, and makeup centers. A representative organization under the French collective bargaining agreement for beauty and cosmetics, it defends its members on employment matters, cosmetics regulation and training. This is the network RDV360 has partnered with.

Benefits reserved for members

A benefit for every stage of the trade: the salon at work, the school that trains, the student just starting out.

  1. Member salons 2 months free, then 10% off every plan, with no commitment.
  2. Partner schools The software free of charge for member schools’ training salons.
  3. Student accounts A free individual account for every student, for the whole length of their training.

What RDV360 offers members

Beyond the pricing benefit, members get the whole tool: a calendar and 24/7 online booking, reminders and the tools against missed appointments (card imprint, deposit), a POS certified NF525 (the French certification for POS software), gift cards and a page on the rdv360.com directory, with no commission.

Frequently asked questions

Who is eligible for the partnership benefits?

Three profiles: beauty salons and spas that are members of the UPB (discount), beauty schools affiliated with the CNEP (software free of charge) and their students (a free account during their training).

Do I need to be a member to try RDV360?

No. The Free plan is open to everyone, with no credit card. Membership of the UPB or the CNEP unlocks the reserved terms when you subscribe, or when the software is set up for a school.

I run a school: how do I activate it for my students?

The school’s training salon uses the software free of charge, and each student gets their own individual account for the length of their training. Contact us and mention your affiliation with the CNEP.

What is the difference between the CNEP and the UPB?

The CNEP is the French confederation of beauty therapy and perfumery; the UPB is its union representing beauty and wellness businesses. The partnership covers both: salons on the UPB side, training and students on the CNEP side.
