Planity: how much does it cost in 2026? What we actually know

How much does Planity cost for a hair salon, a beauty salon or a spa? It’s a fair question, and the answer is nowhere to be found on the official website, which publishes no prices at all: three plans, a form, a quote. Here’s what public sources make it possible to establish as of July 2026.

Transparency: this article is published by RDV360, the publisher of a competing software product. Every figure is dated and attributed to its source, listed at the end of the article. Check them: that’s what they’re there for.

What does Planity’s official pricing page say?

Planity’s pricing page (source at the end of the article) describes three plans, without amounts:

  • Calendar: online booking, 300 SMS reminders per month included;
  • Calendar + POS: adds checkout;
  • Calendar + POS + card terminal: adds the payment terminal.

All advertised with no commitment and no commission. To get an amount, you have to go through a sales meeting.

How much does Planity cost per month, according to observed prices?

With no public price list, it’s the comparison sites that document the quotes. Result: a range of €74 to €114 excl. VAT per month depending on the plan:

Source (date)Observed prices
La Caisse Idéale (2026)€74 to €114 excl. VAT/month depending on the plan
Appvizer”from €59 excl. VAT/month” (booking only), ~€89 excl. VAT/month for the complete plan

Depending on the case, these amounts may be increased by SMS beyond the quota (charged per message), plus the online store and the card terminal as add-ons. In late 2025, several professionals also reported on Trustpilot increases of €3 to €10 per month applied mid-contract and, in their view, poorly communicated.

So as a ballpark: for a beauty salon with calendar + POS, expect around €1,100 to €1,400 excl. VAT per year based on the observed ranges.

The point of comparison: a public price list

At RDV360, prices are published. It’s a deliberate choice:

PlanPriceIncludes
Free€0calendar, 24/7 online booking, client file
Pro€29.90 excl. VAT/month+ SMS reminders (300 included), statistics
Pro+€39.90 excl. VAT/month+ NF525-certified POS (NF525 is the French certification for POS software), stock, loyalty, gift cards, website
Pro++ (Online sales)€59.90 excl. VAT/month+ online store, deposits at booking

Based on the ranges observed above, a complete Planity plan (~€94 to €114 excl. VAT/month) costs 2 to 3 times the price of Pro+ (€39.90 excl. VAT), a difference of roughly €650 to €900 excl. VAT per year, to be checked against your actual quote. That’s the whole point of having a public point of comparison.

Questions to ask before signing a quote

  1. Is the quoted amount guaranteed over time, and how are price increases communicated?
  2. How much does an SMS beyond the 300 included cost?
  3. Are the card terminal and the online store included or add-ons?
  4. What happens if I leave: can I export my client file and my history?
  5. Is my profile accepted? (some mobile professionals report that they can’t sign up on the marketplace)

How these prices were collected

Each amount comes from a public page viewed in July 2026: official publisher price lists when they exist, surveys by independent comparison sites when prices aren’t published, and Trustpilot ratings for satisfaction. Each figure is dated in the text and linked to its source at the end of the article. A price can change: if you notice a discrepancy, let us know and we’ll correct it quickly. RDV360’s own prices are public on our pricing page.

And depending on the size of your salon?

An independent professional just starting out pays €0 at RDV360, while the lowest observed Planity price starts at around €74 per month: the yearly gap exceeds €850. A salon with two or three team members pays no per-person surcharge at RDV360 (€39.90 excl. VAT, all included); on a quote, always ask for the breakdown per item and per person. A beauty salon with treatment rooms will mainly compare how equipment schedules and treatment packages are handled, included at RDV360 from Pro+.

In short

Planity highlights its consumer-facing directory, but its price is only revealed in a sales meeting, and independent surveys place it at the high end of the market. Before you commit, compare your quote with a public price list: ours is here, and you can try it for free.
